Carol Goodling

Carol started drawing and painting as a child and continued into her adult years. Marriage and children took priority for many years. In 1986 she found her paints in a closet and began a painting of her son and his truck. Over the past few years Carol has portraits and still life and now finds it difficult to put the paints down. Carol continues to take classes and to learn new things.

Carol has a teaching degree from Houghton College in New York and taught school for five years before starting her family. After 30 years of running a family business with her husband they retired to the Adirondack Mountains. They later moved to Moss Lake near Shelby, North Carolina to be near family.
